Tahini brownie

Crispy outside fudgy inside! These indulgent brownies simply taste delicious!

It takes very little work to make. With ingredients from your pantry, 30 minutes to mix & bake. Moist delicious brownies with a swirl of tahini, which takes the brownies to a whole new level of flavor bliss!

Not only are these brownies completely gluten-free, dairy-free, but they are also really high in protein, healthy fats, and fibre!

These tahini brownies are extremely moist and rich with a nutty sesame flavor!

Prep time




  • 150 g tahini (sesame paste)

  • 2 egg yolk

  • 60 g coconut cream

  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar

  • ½ tsp vanilla flavor

  • 110 g coconut sugar or cane sugar

  • 10 g cocoa powder (unsweetened)

  • 10 g coconut flour

  • 2 pinches of baking soda

  • 1 handful of walnut chopped


  • Mix tahini, egg yolks, coconut cream, apple cider vinegar and vanilla flavor in a bowl.
  • In another bowl combine the coconut sugar, cocoa powder, coconut flour and baking soda.
  • Add the flour mixture into the tahini mix and stir well.
  • Pour the batter into a baking tin lined with parchment paper. (20×20 cm/ 8×8 inches) and drizzle the top with walnuts.
  • Preheat the oven for 115°C/ 350°F and bake it for 20-25 minutes.
  • Let the brownie cool completely, then slice it.
