Ingredients
2 pieces of bananas
2 pieces of eggs
70 g coconut sugar
40 g coconut oil
25 g coconut flour
20 g cocoa powder unsweetened
2 g sodium bicarbonate
50 g chocolate chip vegan
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Mash the bananas with fork, add the coconut sugar and eggs, and mash them until completely creamy. If you are in a hurry, use a hand mixer.
- Then mix in the melted coconut oil.
- Combine coconut flour, cocoa powder, sodium bicarbonate, and salt.
- Add it to the banana mixture and stir until smooth.
- Stir the chocolate chips into the batter.
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Pour the batter into a silicone bread loaf. If you don’t have a silicone one, line your tin with baking paper.
- Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes.
- When the bread is cooled, carefully remove it from the loaf. Enjoy!
