A delicious and healthy twist on a traditional dessert!

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of bananas

  • 2 pieces of eggs

  • 70 g coconut sugar

  • 40 g coconut oil

  • 25 g coconut flour

  • 20 g cocoa powder unsweetened

  • 2 g sodium bicarbonate

  • 50 g chocolate chip vegan

  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  • Mash the bananas with fork, add the coconut sugar and eggs, and mash them until completely creamy. If you are in a hurry, use a hand mixer.
  • Then mix in the melted coconut oil.
  • Combine coconut flour, cocoa powder, sodium bicarbonate, and salt.
  • Add it to the banana mixture and stir until smooth.
  • Stir the chocolate chips into the batter.
  • Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  • Pour the batter into a silicone bread loaf. If you don’t have a silicone one, line your tin with baking paper.
  • Bake the bread for 30-35 minutes.
  • When the bread is cooled, carefully remove it from the loaf. Enjoy!
