Ingredients
2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (230 g)
2 tbsp chia seeds (20 g)
2-3 seedless soft dates
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp hot water
1 pinch of vanilla (optional)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor, and pulse until it is the texture you prefer.
- Transfer the mixture to a container with a lid and allow to set in the fridge, about an hour.
- Keep refrigerated. The jam will last up to a week.
